Born in 1977. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art. he made his debut in 2008 with “Morisaki Shoten no Hibi”. The work was made into a movie, and “Zoku: Morisaki Shoten no Hibi” was also published. The series is currently being translated into 30 countries around the world, and the English version has been nominated for the 2024 British Book Awards. His other works include the “Jun Kissa Trnka” series and “Kimi to Kuraraseba.” Translations and publications of the same works, including English translations, are in progress. His hobbies are guitar, coffee and loves cats.
